AI Credits

Overview

AI credits power all of Appify CPO's AI-driven features. Every time you use an AI feature — building a calculator, generating pricing formulas, translating text, styling your calculator, or running AI background removal in the Product Designer — a small number of credits are consumed. Credits are included with your subscription tier and usage resets each billing cycle. You can track your credit balance on the Dashboard (usage summary widget) or the Appify CPO → Subscription page (detailed breakdown).

Steps

  1. Check your current AI credit balance on the Dashboard or Subscription page.
  2. Use AI features as needed
  3. On the Subscription page, view a breakdown of credit usage by feature: Calculator AI chat, Pricing Assistant, Translation, AI Style Assistant, and Product Designer AI background removal.
  4. After all monthly AI credits are used you will be billed for AI usage.

Credit consumption varies by feature and complexity. Simple requests use fewer credits than complex multi-step generations.

Calculator AI chat Higher — generates and updates calculator configurations from Chat with AI.
Pricing Assistant Medium — generates individual formulas.
Translation Lower — translates text strings.
AI Style Assistant Lower — generates CSS variable values.
AI background removal Medium — tiered by image size (small / standard / large-format). Each successful removal consumes credits; larger images cost more.
Tracking Location What it shows
Dashboard widget Current cycle usage and remaining credits.
Subscription page Detailed breakdown by model and overage.
Metrics → AI Usage → by request type Per-feature rollups including Product Designer AI background removal.
