The Orders tab lists checkouts that include Appify CPO products. Open an order to review each line’s options, proof image, and design or upload files — without digging through Shopify line-item properties.
Go to Appify CPO → Orders. Shopify’s own order page is still available from Open in Shopify.
The list shows date, customer, product titles, payment, fulfillment status, line count, fees, and whether design files exist. Open in the Shopify column opens that order in the Shopify admin.
If an order is missing from the list, click Import recent Shopify orders. Appify CPO scans the latest Shopify orders and imports those that include Appify CPO lines. Orders without calculator products are skipped.
New customized orders also appear here after checkout.
On the order page, every product from the Shopify order is listed — calculator products and regular products. Each line shows:
Icons next to the title open the storefront product page or the calculator that produced the line.
Anyone who opens those links adds items to their browser cart.
If a line has no saved configuration, you see No snapshot instead of Reorder.
The sidebar Notes field saves to the Shopify order. Click Save after you edit.
Customer shows name and email when Shopify shares them with the app. If they are hidden, the card explains that this app is not approved for protected customer data.
