Organizing with Tags

Overview

Tags are labels you can attach to your calculators to keep them organized. When you have many calculators, tags make it easy to find and filter the ones you need. You add tags in the calculator editor header and filter by them on the Appify CPO → Calculators page.

Steps

Adding tags

  1. Open a calculator in the editor.
  2. In the header bar, find the Tags field.
  3. Type a tag name and press Enter or add a comma to confirm it.
  4. Add as many tags as you like.
  5. Save your changes.

Filtering by tags

  1. Go to Appify CPO → Calculators.
  2. Use the tag filter dropdown to select one or more tags.
  3. The list updates to show only calculators that match the selected tags.

Details

Detail Description
Format Tags are comma-separated text labels.
Case sensitivity Tags are case-insensitive ("Sale" and "sale" are treated as the same tag).
Limits No hard limit on the number of tags per calculator.

Examples

  • By product category — Tag calculators as "flooring", "window-treatments", or "signage" to quickly filter by product type.
  • By status — Use tags like "live", "draft", or "seasonal" to track which calculators are currently active.
